•  ARE THE SIGNS PAINT OR A DECAL? Each of my signs are painted (not a decal) to order so every sign I make is made with care and unique. No two will ever be identical. There may be some mild variation in stain as each piece of wood is different. There may be knots and other cool imperfections adding to the characteristics of each of my creations

• DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS? Yes I do. I offer different discounts and giveaways through my social media. Follow me on Facebook, Instagram & Twitter to keep up with the new coupons and giveaways happening for each site.

• DO THEY SIGNS COME WITH HOOKS? All signs except for certain front porch signs come ready to hang with a saw-tooth hanger on the back.

• WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT? Our desire is for you to love your sign when it is delivered! If your item(s) arrive damaged, please bring this to our attention within 48 hours of delivery. ​We will require three or more photos of the damage, including an additional photo if the packaging. This is required for claim and replacement purposes. We will assess the situation and if nedded, send a replacement. 

• DO YOU GUARANTEE A DELIVERY DATE? Unfortunately, I do not guarantee a delivery date, as I have no control over the item once it leaves. I can guarantee that I will get it out within it's processing time.
