Since our items are made to order we do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns. All sales are final unless your order is damaged when it arrives.

CANCELLING AN ORDER - this can only be done within 24 hours after purchase, due to the fact that we try to start on our orders as soon as they are place. Any and all orders cancelled after 24 hours of placing your order, a STORE CREDIT will be issued.

Your item(s) will ship within 5-7 business days. Our business days are Monday through Friday, 9 am - 4 pm. We ship all items via FEDEX OR USPS with tracking. You will receive your tracking number within 1-2 days of being shipped. Unfortunately, I do not guarantee a delivery date, as I have no control over the item once it leaves. I can guarantee that I will get it out within it's processing time. Our processing time is 5-7 days except for large orders.

Rush Fee - Rush you item(s). Your item(s) will be shipped with in 2-3. Items, can not be sent over-night since items are made to order. Fee will depend on your item quantity. Find the Rush Fee in the Add On section.

We currently DO NOT ship to p.o. boxes, APO addresses or internationally.

Please make sure that your address is the correct address that you want your item delivered to. The Pink Penguin is not responsible for undelivered or miss delivered packages due to incorrect address. If this happens you will be responsible for contacting FedEx or USPS to locate your package.
